There are many ways to get to the small “town” of Lowman Idaho. Please read directions carefully. Once you leave Boise or Ketchum, there isn’t a lot of cell phone service and your GPS can take you on a wild goose chase. So rely on these directions, not your device! Once you arrive in Lowman, we are very close to all put-in & take-outs for your river trip, in other words, a short shuttle!
FROM McCALL: Take Highway 55 towards Boise. Take a left on the Banks-Lowman highway in Banks and follow this highway up the South Fork Payette until it intersects with Highway 21. Take a left on Hwy 21. We are between mile markers 75 & 76 on the left at Rafter’s Lane or the next left, Memory Lane. Our headquarters are in a cream building with a green roof. Please park on the downstream side of the building. Payette River Company is 2 ¼ hours from McCall
